Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Misael spent months interviewing potential candidates for their front and back office staff. It was a long process, but one they were happy to undertake because they had only one thought in mind: a positive experience for their patients, from the first phone call to the final follow-up. The doctors were looking for compassionate staffers who understand what a visit to the dentist means to people.
