I highly recommend Otero Cosmetic Dentistry! I have received nothing but top notch, state of the art care from Dr. Otero and his staff from day one. Like a lot of people I have a little anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I needed a rather extensive care plan which Dr. Otero has provided like no other dentist I have ever visited. In fact, I’m not certain Dr. Otero can be titled a dentist. He’s more like an artist. NO KIDDING!
