I was trying to establish myself as a new patient based on internet information, and a very peaceful feeling that I got after praying for a new dentist. During this very busy time of year (just days before Christmas) Otero’s fitted me in, addressed/fixed my immediate dental concerns and provided additional services which added on to my appointment time. However, I never felt rushed, not listened to or cared for. Dr. M Otero was great and I felt confident in his professional expertise. The staff is nice too and they did not pay me to say these things!
